I've had this rechargeable razor since Jan'19 (little short of 5.5mos) I've recharged the battery twice but yesterday it was dead and gone - would not take a charge. I understood after I received this item that the only way to get a warranty was to have a FaceBook account. I deleted my FB and have no intention of opening it again. I wish that was in the Amazon description. As for the item - I really liked having multiple heads for different purposes all in one compact unit. It is easy to use and carry. The eyebrow head could be half as long. The length made it awkward to use. Also, would like directions on how to use those little square pink things. I have quite a collection from other eye brow razors and never got directions and don't know what to do with them ;-( All in all I would have given this a 5 star rating but the dead rechargeable battery after only 2 recharges and the FB requirement to get a warranty caused me to drop it to 3 stars at best. If I by another similar one I won't get rechargeable anymore.June 24, 2019 Update - I have increased this rating from 2 stars to 5 stars due to the seller having contacted me and replaced the entire unit with a new one. I requested the replacement to be a regular AA battery non rechargeable and seller did indeed send that. I made that request because this isn't the first small appliance with rechargeable batteries that failed quickly so until battery makers can improve the products I'll stick to the tried and true disposables. All in all I am happy with this purchase and thank the seller for making good on their guarantee.

I purchased this item because I was looking for a small shaver with a rechargeable battery. I usually go for ones that require AA or AAA batteries, and they always die on me at the most inconvenient times (like when I've shaved off half of my mustache and am 5 minutes late for work). I really like that this shaver is rechargeable. Its nice that it come with several heads, but I really only use the flat one and the nose trimmer. The "side burn" trimmer is too big to do detail work and the big razor is way too big for face but too small for "other" areas (at least for me LOL). What I don't like is the fact the flat-head razor gives me ingrown hairs! I have NEVER had this issue with another facial trimmer. I also find it incredibly annoying that the bottom and the cap are both curved, so this razor can't stand up in my vanity. Over all, the price isn't bad and it's nice that you can recharge it, but if you are going for a razor that is dedicated for your face only, I'd keep looking.

Very nice complete set for all the hair on your body. Had trouble inserting the eyebrow attachment but the seller replied promptly with helpful suggestions and followup. As was mentioned in the included instructions you do need to make sure the body hair is very short or the attachment catches and pulls the hair out. The complaint I have is that you have to be on face book to get the free e-book and the link to the videos did not work.

This device does what I need it to do. It’s small and light weight, yet functional when needed. I first charged the unit over night before using(the charging light stayed red but I have not checked the book to see if that was normal). I used to remove hair from my arms, which was fast and painless. I provided a before and after picture that you can clearly see the removal. I used in my legs as well, and got nice result with no shave cream. I would recommend this for those on a budget, one who likes the idea of a USB charger, and ease of usage this is for you. But if you feel small is not powerful, they do sell costlier ones. Thank you for my purchase!!!

I've only had this for a couple of weeks now and for the most part and considering the money I spent on it, it is okay. It charges via USB so no batteries needed or a cord. I just plug it into my computer and let it charge. The only problem I have had so far is when I went to take the cap off of it, the blade itself got stuck inside the cap. Luckily, they sent an extra blade with it. I was finally able to get the blade out of the cap but unfortunately, it broke. I don't think it will last very long.

Although this hair removal package comes with multiple options I've found most of the attachments to be useless & disappointing. My main reason for this purchase was a reliable nose hair trimmer, if you have really long hairs- this would make a noticeable difference. But if you regularly trim them then the nose hair attachment does little to nothing for you. I even tried using the bikini shaver attachment & again I find myself being forced to use manicure scissors.As for facial hair removal, again I am disappointed; it does very little for peach fuzz & I have to go over my face with a regular razor. The product is as advertised & arrived in a timely fashion but I've had better luck with Revlon's products.

Some the parts work, but the eyebrow trimmer has never stayed attached long enough to use it. You can attach it and then turn the trimmer on, and the eyebrow trimmer goes flying across the room. Cheaply made. Would not buy again. NOTE**After my first review (above), the seller was kind enough to send a replacement, and they refunded my original charge. Very kind and nice of them.

It's a powerful shaver that is rechargeable. It says that charging takes approximately 4 hours, but the red light doesn't turn green when completed so the next time, I'll just time it for 4 hours.It gives a close shave without nicking my sensitive skin. The other three attached nibs will come in handy trimming my nostrils and sideburns as well as my eyebrows.The supplied extra shaving head was a nice extra, however I doubt it was last 5 years as stated in the user's manual.Oct. 22, 2019 Update:Since receiving this shaver in late September 2019 and using it multiple times, I am now finding that I need to recharge it more often because the shaver's battery is discharging faster than faster with each use. This of course is not good at all.

I purchased it for my wife and she had all good thing to say about it to her friends and family. Also mendtion the quality and the neat way to plug it by using u s b technologie to charge the unit. Good go.

This is really a great product for the price. Their customer service is fantastic. I had to return the first one I ordered, which was quick and easy. Something malfunctioned and I didn't want to figure it out. I eventually ordered two more! The face shaver works infinitely better than the Finishing Touch brand... which I wasted money on. At the time, I paid as much for that device as I did for this one which has several other attachments. Happy with this purchase.

I like the product and use it everyday. The shaving head isn't useful - doesn't seem to work for any regular shaving. Other pieces are great. A bit tricky to remove the USB cap for charging but it's manageable. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts.EDIT: Still working great! I use it everyday. Does what I need it to.

I bought this in February and I thought it was the best one ever, so it’s been a couple of weeks and I wanted to do my eyebrows today and it didn’t turn on. Since February 2020 I’ve used it 5 times maybe but today it won’t come on, so I charge it but it still hasn’t come on. And I loved this unit so much, so 3 months and it dies. Very disappointed.
