I first ordered this product six months ago after reading all the positive reviews. It worked great, and I felt cleaner and more refreshed 'down there' than I had ever felt before. It also helped my sister eliminate a mild odor issue she has had for many years. It's such a simple product and it took care of such a long-term issue.I ordered this again a few weeks ago, expecting the same product and results, but I have realized it doesn't seem to be the same as before. It still gets the job done, but it no longer provides such a strong refreshed feeling. The liquid itself looks different, a thicker darker version, and has a heavy, slightly unpleasant smell to it. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch, or if the product itself has changed. I was slightly disappointed, but as I said, it still works excellent.I am prone to infections and am usually sensitive to products like these, but have experienced no issues with Nirena.I recommend this to those who are looking for an effective feminine hygiene product.

This used to be a great product and I loved it. I thought there was something wrong with the last ones I purchased because they were thicker and didn't smell good. I assumed it was because it was spoiled, so I threw it away. From reading the reviews it is clear that they changed the product, which is a shame. The new product isn't half as good as the original and not as effective.

It still stinks

AFTER SUFFERING FROM BODY ODOR FOR YEARS I HAD GIVEN UP ON FINDING SOLUTIONS. DOCTORS DID NOT KNOW THE ANSWERS. EVERY TEST I TOOK SHOWED ME TO BE IN PERFECT HEALTH. AFTER PRAYING TO GOD FOR HELP, I CAME ACROSS THIS PRODUCT AND I HAVE NEVER LOOKED BACK. I AM JUST BEGINNING TO FEEL COMFORTABLE AROUND PEOPLE. I STILL HAVE TO "REMEMBER" THAT I NO LONGER SMELL. THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING AND I WILL ALWAYS BUY IT, NO MATTER THE COST.

This is by far the best feminine hygiene product there is. I have been using this for years and I can't tell you how great it is. I didn't think that it could get any better, but the new and improved formula is even better. If you have ever had any type of infection, you will not ever get one again if you use this product regularly.

Item as described , fast shipping.Good product, expensive, I expected more for my money, but I would definitely purchase again.Very subtle scent not overwhelming and it leaves me feeling fresh.

i was totally unsure about this product when i purchased it but after a few weeks of use it s an awesome product!

Amazing product but soooo over priced, would buy it again if it wasn’t for the price
