My favorite shape wear!
I have a 30" waist so I followed the size chart and ordered the XL/XXL and it fits the way it should. It is very snug, holding everything in without making me feel suffocated. You will need some upper body strength to get it on (esp if you got some hips and a poppin booty) but it is one of the most comfortable shape wear I have owned.

Does not roll :) !!!! 140lbs 5'5 hips 36" waist 29" : ordered M/L
I've tried a few of these type and this one hands down is the most comforable plus it does not roll. I wear women's 8R but can squeeze into a sz 6 too (not comfortably though). Ordered M/L - Im 5'5 140lbs with a booty; waist is 29', hips are 36" getting it over the booty is the toughest part. Since there is no opening/close, it's a "step into" situation and pull up. Once I step in, I roll it above my butt then spread it out across my torso evenly, I have long claws so if you do too, do not use them to help pull this up, doing so will ruin it with the strength it can take to pull up. I dont have a huge belly but enough to where I'd like it flatter when wearing certain fits. It covers and flattens perfectly! Would love it in black too. I'm guessing if it rolls on you it may be the wrong size I just dont know if that means too large or too small. I wore mine all day the first day and felt comfortable all day with it.

Great but order a size up
Only great things to say about thisFirst off I love that it’s seamless no snaps hooks or zipper can be worn with tight fitting clothes I have mommy pouch that hangs at bottom of my stomach but this covers all that from under breast to bottom of stomach u may need someone to pull it all the up in the back but it’s great order size up though

Hard to get on & off
I really love the way this fits once it's in place. The problem is getting it on & off. It's actually a painful process. Since that's the case, I don't wear it as often as I should. I was literally crying trying to get it off.

I like it !
So my chiropractor recommended me to get a waist trainer to help me get my shape back after my pregnancy. It definitely sucks in my belly but as far as does it really help get your shape, I’m not sure. I felt it was worth a try, especially for the price. Plus if I attend weddings or fancy events it can help suck in my belly. I’m 5’2 and 112lbs pre pregnancy. When I started using this 2 weeks ago after 1 week postpartum I weighed 130lbs. I ordered a Medium and it fits great. Snug but breathable and surprisingly comfortable. I wear it all day until evening when I’m done going out for the day.

Its tight but not constricting
I had twins 4 years ago and still have a bit of stomach issues. It's tight but not constricting. I can bend over in it just fine. It doesn't show up under most of my clothes. The only reason why I didn't give it 4 stars is because I still am not sure which way to put it on and it seems I have to do adjustments to get it to feel right. Sometimes it pokes me. I am 5'1 and 129 pounds and ordered the med/large size. My clothes are usually sized 6 to 8

Works ok, very uncomfortable
You can see in the picture that the shaper does an ok job at bringing in some of my postpartum belly, but not as well as I would have hoped (I needed it for a dress I was wearing to a wedding, and it was somewhat flowy, so that plus the shaper helped conceal the postpartum bump). I thought I'd wear the shaper with some other outfits but honestly, it is soooo uncomfortable. The wires poke and prod the whole time you're wearing it, even worse when you're sitting down. I guess it's nice to having an option for a little bit of help in my closet but I doubt I'll make much more use of it. Not worth the purchase.
