People who say this works with Wii U are lying. I tested it, it doesn't even read or recognize that something is in the usb slot. This works great with Switch though, it's more compact then the four slot Gamecube adapter for the Wii U and doesn't take up much space either. The problem with the four slot is that Wave Bird reciver doesn't fit in the slot all the way when the adapter is under the Switch itself. With the Nyko adpater, it fits perfectly. The Wave Bird has no problems whatsoever that I can see. No lag input either for wireless. I wish I knew this exsisted sooner, I didn't know about this till I saw it shown off in a youtube video

This is exactly what I needed and thankfully, it works perfect! When Super Mario Sunshine was released with the super Mario 3-D All-Stars, I hated the controls for pro controller so I plugged up my original wavebird to this device and it works great! Pretty much the only way to play it

Easy to use and fast

It allowed me to use my old GameCube controller on my PC with no problem

I bought it mainly to use with my computer, but it wasn't recognized by Dolphin and refused to work. I figured that I could at least use it for Smash Ultimate, but when I tried it on my Switch, the thumbstick was doing A attacks and half the controller just didn't seem to function. Got one of the more expensive 4 port adapters and it works perfectly. It's a shame this one didn't work, but that's just how it goes.
