The only problem is that the shaft does shift in size and positioning through the day and sometimes may wiggle back into the hole if sitting or laying around for a while, with a sewing kit you may be able to modify the position and size of the shaft hole to fit your body shape.

I purchased a pair of these after surgery and they provide the support I needed while allowing the freedom I expected...The pouch is big enough, but just. If your boys are larger than average, you might find the pouch a bit crowded. A normal jockstrap's pouch is much wider than this and would be a better choice for something to wear to the gym. That being said... for normal day to day activities, it's pretty great. Super sexy and fun! The opening has enough room and is fairly comfortable.
