Good product, keeps the balls tucked in and separates the shaft from them. Improves focus through the day. Protects the skin from friction with thighs and the balls from being stuck to the shaft. The only problem is that the shaft does shift in size and positioning through the day and sometimes may wiggle back into the hole if sitting or laying around for a while, with a sewing kit you may be able to modify the position and size of the shaft hole to fit your body shape.

Comfortable material. Order your usual size, though. My fit is usually small but I ordered medium. It's just a little bit roomy in the pouch. The hole is in the right place for my proportions even though I went a size up.

Outstanding product for survivor of bladder cancer. Constructed of soft material for private parts and heavier guage for fit. Will purchase more in future.

I was not too sure what to expect with these. I purchased these with the thought that they would be as uncomfortable as my other one that I have for my STP. I paid way more for a wimpy made one purchased from the company that I got my STP and the elastuc cuts into my legs. Upon putting these on immediately they felt amazing. The material is soft and the elastic does not cut into my skin. They look nice on as well. I will definately be ordering more as I got 2 of these for a little more than $10 cheaper than I got 1 from the other company that was not good at all! Thank you for making an amazing product!

When I blought these they fit well, give the support needed, did what they where suppost to do. I order 4 more,then, after a few washing they felt uncomfortable, upon inspection everything was hanging out the opening. Not comfortable at all, could even decrease blood circulation.

Fits around my waist perfect. Comfortable waistband and material. The hole was a little too "up" to let everything hang naturally, and the pouch is too roomy. I'm pretty average sized, and this didn't offer the support I needed. The hole positioning is what really made me dislike it. Felt weird to return since I had tried them on, but I'm not gonna wear them.

The product is great I have no complaints, I wish you also had small but the medium was good as well. The only issue I had is that there was no discreet packaging it came in a clear plastic bag. It would be nice if it was in a discreet bag or even the Amazon bags.
