functional, but not without issues.
Won't fit 1.5" belt outer belt. Like other reviewer, mine didn't fit a 1.5" belt. Belt attachments the had to be modified (cut) to make fit. Ordered 3 pack, 1 is noticeably different from the others. Plastic looks different, feels different. They do however hold a magazine on your belt once modified.

Would give it more stars but it doesn't fit 1.5" belt. It's a 1/8-1/4 smaller than 1.5" belt. I wish they have a belt loop extension that can fit 1.5 - 1.75" belt loop.

Won't fit my standard USPSA gun belt. Feels cheaply manufactured. Adjusted to fit my glock magazines but tension screws quickly bent when under tension. Not impressed with craftsmanship.

Need allen wrench to tighten
I ordered two of these for training and my concealed carry. The have the spacers that allow you to adjust to any size magazine. You can have the mag just sitting there or nice and snug, your choice. The initial problem I noticed was it just spun around without tightening up. Luckily I had some allen wrenches around to secure it better. I can carry all day without having to worry about it moving. I can practice my draws repeatedly and it holds in place. It fit a 1.5 in tactical belt with no issues. It would not fit anything larger. You can have it placed low or high depending on your preference of carry. Doing a quick reload from concealed is easily done with these. I do recommend them with the caveat that you need a wrench for tightening that should have been included. The ability to adjust and keep magazine with a good tension is key when carrying or practicing and these work for both. They are not flimsy by any means and appear to be made to last.
