No complaints! This affordable little gem has helped me start correcting my slouch as I spend long days in front of the computer. I did start out wearing it only for 20 min at a time, to ease in, and even during the first wear felt the muscles in my back awakening. If you make no effort to hold your shoulders back and put all your weight on the corrector it will rub and you will be sore – but, if you allow it to give you some support and act as a reminder to do your part you can wear it comfortably for an extended period. As soon as I wore it to work I had co-workers asking about it — desk jockeys take note!

Looked like it would work but it was almost useless. Doesn't correct posture. Had to return it which was a hassle because I had to drive to the next town over to the Amazon return drop off.

I have TERRIBLE posture. I am always trying to be conscious of standing up straight in public. When I stand up straight for some reason I have a hard time breathing and its uncomfortable. I have tried braces that wrap around your ribs and they are uncomfortable and make it hard to breathe. This doesn't wrap around your torso, just your shoulders. When I wear it my posture is perfect and you cant tell im wearing it. Fit perfectly, and is adjustable. My back pain is gone after just an hour of wearing it. I love this thing. Def worth it for the low price.
