It’s ok but tbh I’m not sure it does anything I haven’t seen any benefits except it does feel nice and cool on your skin although I keep it in the fridge to keep it cold

Disappointing
Really disappointed with this item, broke after using it once, you can see it’s poorly made with hardly anything to hold it together. Very squeaky un-smooth rolling. W ooo ils really appreciate a refund or replacement sent
