Really Big Brochure with all that does and doesn't entail
More accurately, this is the best book for someone who has no clue whatsoever what SAP is and what product solutions they offer but is incapable of going to the website and figuring it out. Sure, this is more explanatory simply because there's so much more space, but it's nothing more than a really big brochure. The "Best" book for beginners is one that caters to the specific product solution that meets the persons requirements, its up to them to figure out what that is, but if you're still pulling your hair out and screaming "I just don't know" after perusing the SAP website, then get this book.

Discover SAP
Familiar with the principal author Nancy Muir from her Microsoft Project text. She is a great author. This book is not easy reading, but, a chapter, or half a chapter, per sitting provides tremendous insight into the capabilities of SAP. Still looking for a SAP text that provides a tutorial of the actual screens.

Useless to get familiar with the product.
Useless. I needed something to get familiar with our recent SAP installation, and this book provide only a commercial overview about the possibilities of SAP and the modules purpose. Most likely, when I bought it, I misunderstood the goal of the opera.

Great book! excellent shipping package!!
Excellent book! It gave me a very nice understanding about SAP and its modules, as well as SAP Netweaver technology plataform. I would indicate it for whoever wants to begin in the SAP world.

Une longue introduction
Ce livre aura certainement du mal à trouver son public. Il n'est qu'une longue et délayée introduction aux composants de la suite SAP. Pour "singer", il se contente d'expliquer ce que couvre SAP en listant module après module les processus couverts.Je ne dirais pas "inutile", car c'est néanmoins intéressant, mais certainement frustrant car assez vide.Si vous cherchez à apprendre la langue SAP passez votre chemin. Vous n'y trouverez même pas le nom des modules SAP, uniquement la terminologie commerciale.

un manuale utile solo a comprendere in quali moduli è suddiviso SAP. E' meglio investire il proprio denaro su testi specifici sulle varie aree funzionali del prodotto.
