Why is this edition around $13.00 and one on the same page stating basically the same thing costs $22.00, almost $10.00 more?. Both are 1949 replicas?

Different sellers bought from their distributors at different prices.

Is this available for Kindle Paperwhite?

I don't know because it plays like any other scrabble game! This must be a misprint.

What size are the tiles?

The same size I remember from when I was a kid - in the 70s.

How can I purchase extra letters to match this game

I honestly do not know. Right now mine is sitting on a shelf. It is so neat, I really don't want to use it. Sorry I can't do better.
