The bad thing is I bought 5 of these at almost $100. 3 for dogs and 2 for cats. My dogs are inside dogs and only go out to use the restroom 3 times a day. My dogs where covered with fleas because I let my guard down thinking these collars would work atleast a little. Fleas even congregated around the collar area to have a warm hiding place. I can't say I saw a decrease in fleas it seemed more of a increase. Also the smell on these collars is so strong it made me queasy and I had to open windows. Before I put the collars on I took all pets a bath and made sure they had no fleas at all. I guess it's back to bathing once a week and flea sprays every few days for the pets. I don't treat the yard because It caused bad adverse affects for cats a few years back, cats got sick.

Collar came inside a plastic bag and rightfully so: the citronella odor is too intense, to the point of nauseation. My family and I could not stand to be around this door. Poor doggie. In addition, I bought this item because it is well reviewed; however, after closer inspection, half of these reviews are for a pet mat!

After five days with these collars on, i took the two dogs hiking. Both came back with ticks, attached and alive.

Does not help with fleas

Ok I never leave reviews but I just had to on this one.... this one shows a lot of 5 star reviews for different things that are not the flea/tick collars. The citronella smell is overpowering, within the first 3 days of the dogs wearing them.. 2/3 of my fur babies started puking constantly and they never get sick.. I decided to take the collars off afterwards and they’ve been fine ever since...

Waste of money, even the cheap drugstore flea collars work better than this brand! I actually saw a flea crawling around the flea collar! I think the reviews were paid for because my poor dog is still picking up fleas.

I should of known better. Saw all the 5 star reviews and fell face forward for the okiedoke. This thing is odiferous. My whole house smells like citronella. No clue if effective on fleas but it does repel people. Clear up the reviews most are for other products. Back to seresto for my fur babies.

I have an 80lb pit & this would not stay on his neck unfortunately 😒 it doesn’t have a normal buckle for some reason.... if you have a big dog do not waste your money, go for something more secure.
