G.H. Mumm Rose can be described as masculine in style, combining the fruit and finesse of Cordon Rouge with the extra power of more dominant Pinot Noir. Grapes sourced from up to 77 different crus. Seven-12 percent red wine from Bouzy added and 20-25 percent reserve wines added. Three years on the lees before disgorgement. Composition: 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Meunier. Intense salmon pink colour, with orange and yellow highlights. The palate is dry and fairly austere with flavours of red fruits, caramel and vanilla and a long, powerful, rounded finish.
