Extremely dangerous for facial skin
I hope this was a defective machine, the damage it caused to my skin may not ever heal. The suction is 100 times way too high on its lowest setting. There are no instructions on anything, contacted the seller and Amazon have not heard back from either one. The second thing that bothers me the most is draining of the water, right next to all the electrical equipment with no warning signs anywhere about electrical shock. I uploaded a video showing this but it doesn't look like it's accepting it if there's a way to put it in the comments I'll post it. The canisters don't come off so this is the only way to empty it. This machine is a lawsuit waiting to happen and I haven't even gone into the other modalities that are offered. I urge Amazon to take this off their shopping list immediately.

Horrible Machine, Doesnt work, Do NOT BUY!
I bought this for my spa and it's just sitting there because it doesn't work. It comes with no instructions and the suction is horrible. There no water coming out at all and it's impossible to get the dirty water out. Whoever made this was stupid in my opinion. Horrible product! Amazon should remove this and give me a refund for it.

The advertising is misleading.
I received the machine, it’s a used machine. The box is the original box of the machine. I am so disappointed. I have under the impression that the machine is new didn’t even come with instructions.

When I opened the box the machine was broken. The screen was falling apart. No instructions or manual included. I always keep the manuals for references but this one didn’t have one. I had to return it and since I saw the comments there are more negative that positive. That should be a sign....
