Review in July:I was quite hesitant to buy this as I didnt find any reviews for ths product. But so happy I did. It's really great.The milk froather is very very slender, so light weight. Just put in 2 AAA batteries & it's good to work with. Takes hardly 20 sec to gt good amount of foam. Easy to use. Don't know about its durability as it's only been a week since I'm using it for my coffee.Also not sure of the 6 month warranty they assure as no card / bill came along, infact the product is placed in a plain white paper box - no product name or company name or any information mentioned anywhere.The spoon we get along with it, is so stylish & amazing. Just as shown in image.The issue is with the cover, it's Not a mettalic cover as they show in pic, it's just a piece of transparent plastic.So that's all, a comprehensive review about this product.In nutshell : value for money.Review in October :It's not functioning now. Even with new pair of batteries, it's non-functional. Had a tough time contacting cs (Amazon asks you to contact seller & nothing else) so I have mailed the seller asking for a replacement.Update : This product doesn't have a warranty as they claim, the seller wouldn't even bother to reply to your mails. So once it stops functioning in 2-3 months your only option is to dispose it.Thankfully Amazon cs have promised me a full refund. Hope amazon will take note of such irresponsible manufacturers & filter them out so that we can make reliable purchases from authentic brands.
