There were two things that was important to me with selecting this product. One was the psi and the other is the various flossing tips that is included. The ease of putting the flossing tips on and taking it off is done with a light press of a small button. Before use, I fill the bottom attached cup with warm water. It is removed by a slight twist. When a refill of water is needed during the flossing you do not have to twist the bottom off. There is a small opening (miniature door) that you pull down to open, then push back up to close. Not difficult at all. I've used the flosser for about 4 days and have not had to recharge the unit. At this juncture, the power of the unit is still strong. There are no noticeable leaks. The flosser itself is not cumbersome and feels sturdy. I am new to using the flosser and am still getting use to the water dripping all on top of it. It does not interfere with the operation of the unit. I find that the placement of my hands on the flosser seem to always touch the mode, thus changing the speed, inadvertantly. Ideally, it would be nice if the buttons could be designed away from where you hold the flosser. And, or the on/off button can be separated from the mode button. I tried to turn off the unit one time and pressed to mode by accident shooting water everywhere. The description said that the tips can rotate. I've learned that you have to rotate it before putting it in your mouth. The majority of the rotation for me is done with my hand while actually using the unit. Lastly, there is no description of what the tips are used for. I've informed the company and suggested that perhaps a small card with the different tips can be listed along with their individual use. If you were to give this as a gift, the person would not know what the different tips are used for. In order for me to know which one is used for periodontal or for braces, I would have to go back into my Amazon account and read the description again. Nevertheless, I have used this water flosser for less than 1-week, so it is much too soon to determine it durability, functionality, etc. I do enjoy using it and feel that spaces between my teeth and gums are clean. I would recommend purchasing this water flosser. The 4 stars are given because it is still new and the placement of the buttons on the unit could be designed a little differently.

 This flosser has very good water pressure. It pulls out all foods from gums and between teeth. I feel much better and cleaner after cleaning. I attached a video to show water pressure. I hope it helps. This is portable, rechargeable and comes with carrying bag for travel.

This was my first electric flosser. First item to note, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! I thought, "how difficult can it be to use?" My first attempt was a bit soggy, I literally sprayed water EVERYWHERE! After reading the instructions, it has been much more smooth sailing. My husband tried it too, without reading, and also had the "bath time" experience. Lol I would start with a soft setting and work your way up to normal as the pressure can be intense - even more so if you have sensitive gums. Overall gets the job done when you use it correctly. I wish I would have owned one when I had braces.

After one weeks use the using the Cordless Water Flosser Oral Irrigator - ABOX Professional Rechargaeble Portable Dental Gum Flosser has preformed very well. Water pressure is excellent and the unit is simple to use. Much easier that dental floss.

This is my first flosser, and it works really well, and I'm especially please how it removes particles from under my tight bridge. It took me a couple of days to get used to using the on/off button. You have to be sure to keep it in the off position until you put the tip in your mouth and be sure to remove your thumb from the button before you remove the tip from your mouth. Otherwise, you'll have a wet bathroom! I wonder if having a on/off button that stays on only when it's being pressed and turns off automatically when not being pressed. Or maybe the button should be put in another location.

I enjoyed this flosser a lot. There are so many different tips that I can use. Surprisingly I feel more refresh after using this than my Waterpik. There are different levels of spraying too which help with my braces. I enjoy this product a lot and highly recommended.

I returned the product the day I received it from Amazon as it did not haveany way to charge it except through a laptop computer. Even the manualdid not show how to charge it. Very disappointed with your product. Wouldnot recommend it to any one. Disappointed

Bought first one, had water door fall off right out of packaging. Was sent another one, same issue with the fill door falling off and leaking. It also shows the water reservoir is removable, well I don’t know if you need to be a superhero to get it off but I definitely couldn’t do it on either one. That definitely will cause some mold issues. Just an overall crappy product, but the extra tips that come with it are nice.
