Excellent quality pick guard. May have difficulty fitting some tele guitars, but that seems to be standard in the pick guard industry due to lack of precise standards in screw hole alignment. You may need to plug and re-screw holes to get this to fit properly. Or, it may fit perfectly first time. I've ordered several of these and it seems to be different with every guitar. That's not the plate's problem... it's the industry's problem. Screws are included and it's nicely packed for shipping. Be aware there are likely 2 layers of plastic protecting this: a heavy cover layer and a much thinner secondary layer.
