The media could not be loaded.  The reason I bought this because every time my wife is making salads it’s a mess.. and entire family gets engaged in the process. Now I do it myself, takes me literally 40 minutes no help needed…Also grate for the french fries. Fantastic product, very sturdy, after use I clean it in the dishwasher. I recommended it to all of my friends.

We were looking for something that can cut sweet potatoes. My hubby saw this and decided to get it. Here is a quick review.Delivery & Package:- On time but was surprised by the packaging. The device looked brand new but NOT on it's original box. (Not a big deal to me)- The cleaning brush was deformed because it was smashed under the cutter. (First impression was not at 4 stars)Set up:- The cutter is very heavy duty. Definitely commercial grade. The suction cups are super strong. My hubby assemble the device within 5-10 mins.Functionality:LIKES: It does a great job. We tested it with squash, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cabbages. The cutting is fine. :) If you follow the instructions, it DOES cut sweet potatoes. (Quartered the yam first before running it thru the cutter. We tried it with the skin on.)NOTES - not dislike... just notes :)1) I am fairly petite (5') and find it a little difficult to push the yam thru the cutter. However, my husband uses it with a ease. It definitely need some muscle for the 'hard' vegetables.2) Some reviewers commented on difficult to clean. I didn't think it was that bad. If you use this device to cut bulk or pre cut all the veggies for the week, it is just one time cleaning. :)

Ok so I was a little skeptical about this fry cutter after reading the reviews. There was mention of the metal plate staining the fries and your hands, also it said the fry maker could not cut sweet potatoes.I found this product perfect. Although you do have to put a few parts together, just the handle and feet have to be screwed on. I found no metal staining On the fries or hands. I even tried rubbing hard on the metal pieces to test this, but still none. It slices easily through regular potatoes. I cut sweet potatoes in half, then put the flat end against the blade, two hard thugs and you have sweet potatoe fries. My 110 lbs wife can manage sweet potatoe fries also.

I have only used the cutter one time. I am using it with the suction cups on my counter top. I had to push much harder than I had anticipated, to get the potato cut.I was missing a nut for the bolt to hold the handle on.Other than that, I'm pleased with the different cutting blades.

I thank Cynthia of Tiger Chef for helping me with the the bolts and two nuts that hold the arm in place to pull and cut the veggie of your liking. I am thrilled with my unit, just got my lost parts( through a hole in the box during shipping.)If you cut sweet potatoes like I love to fry, then this is the tool for you! It is a killer pToe slicer. This is a very heavy duty fry cutter, and a bit hard to use for me, so I have my husband cut the fry's for us! It did a great job of cutting long fry's,For fairly long potatoes, I cut them in half, and they are much easier to cut.

This is a rather large piece of equipment and if had I read more carefully, I would have seen the Tiger Chef's remark that it is a professional heavy duty french fry cutter. It also comes with other cutters for various styles. It is heavy and again I emphasize that it's a professional quality and size. It's not something I can keep on my counter, but if I wanted to cut 50 potatoes quickly, this would do the trick.

Good construction and very heavy-duty. Don't try to put an entire potato in to slice or you had better get someone to help apply muscle. It works great if you quarter the potato and slice off the ends; otherwise, it clogs the cutter.

Ma conjointe n'est pas capable de l'utilisé. Il faut vraiment pousser fort pour que ça coupe. Bien sur je parle des julienne donc plus de lame, je n'ai pas essayer avec les autres lames, mais avec la julienne même moi je pousse fort et parois je dois même me donner un élan sur quelques coup pour faire les frites.

This is the second "commercial" grade french fry cutter I've purchased and it looks like it will be my last.....this item is awesome...very heavy duty, cuts nice and smooth, fits almost any sized potato.....very sturdy, the only fault I have with it is that the suction cups don't stay as snug as I was hoping they would, but nothing is perfect right?!?! I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a good quality french fry cutter!!

Easily makes fries from any russet potato, yam or sweeet potato. Incredibly durable. The large handle provides excellent leverage when cutting fries.

Great machine! Works well for potatoes & the hard to cut sweet potatoes! I received 2 of the 1/2” blades and 1 1/4” blade but there were 3 different pushers (1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2”).
