3 Shelf Personal Storage Cabinet, Locking, Charcoal

I needed a cabinet to lock things that I can 't get my kids to keep their paws off of. (My kids believe in taking first, and asking second later, if at all. Then, on top of that, they never put any of their "borrowed" items back, so when I need them, they're gone--scissors, tape, Sharpie markers, etc. In addition, I have to keep candy/sweets out of reach for one of my kids.) This cabinet has plenty of room, with 3 shelves. It is kind of an eye-sore however, which I knew when I bought it, but there was nothing more attractive that was this size. I wish it were wood, or at least available in a lighter shade--antique white or light brown would be nice. The lock is OK, although if it breaks, this cabinet will basically be useless. It's kind of pricey for being made of metal, in my opinion. However, at least I can now stop my kids from pilfering any number of things. It does hold a good amount, although I could use an even bigger one so I could store even more supplies that I'd prefer my kids ask me permission to use. It comes with 2 keys, so my husband and I can each have one on our keychain.

I liked the way the cabinet came in tact except for the handle which was easy enough to put on. The drawbacks include, non adjustable shelves and a lock that is on the flimsy side. Still, it suits my purposes well enough.

The item is as described. It is fairly sturdy with sturdy shelves and is finished nicely. The packaging is really well done with thick foam boards to protect it from moving and damage. It can be locked with a key included but is not intended to be a safe. I placed this in a closet to store hobby supplies and it works well.

Ordered for home use to organize photography equipment. Cool for what it’s worth. Feels pricey and lock is not the strongest but it’s good for simplistic use. I’d prefer a heavier lock tho....

My 12 year old was able to pick the lock within minutes simply by inserting a paper clip and turning it like a key. For me this renders the entire cabinet useless and I will be returning it.Too bad because otherwise it was precisely what I was looking for.

Out of the box the shelves were not in place and restricted the door from closing, and I ended up deforming the door and the frame when I reinstalled the shelves. This product is far from sturdy and is not worth 1/4 of what I paid for it. The description should be considered false advertising.

A bit flimsy. You have to push the key in using a specific amount of pressure to get the door unlocked because the latch gets stuck.

did not look like the package looked very thin the door is not held on very good was hard to put the door on it is NOT worth the price.
