I did have a problem with one of the disks that would not play but a new one has been sent (of which i've yet to try.) Customer service at New Approach Publishing was excellent. Email sent 9 pm got a reply 7:22am next day If you are looking for a well narrated DVD which tells you how to build an attack then this is it. And to be fair, Antony is very very clear that some of the strikes could cause serious injury. He does not take it lightly as he fixes the camera with a steely stare telling you that this could hurt someone!
