Just missed 5 stars. The wicker was rubbed off a bit on the bottom corner. Not enough to return it mind you. The rest was excellent. Seems sturdy and well made. It is just as good looking in person as in the photos. The best was the shipping was so much quicker than promised (During Covid quarantine). Putting it together was easy enough as well. All in all, no regrets here, worth getting.

Very elegant- well built - good directions - need some patience and nimble fingers for assembly but its not too bad. As you can see our Husky Loves it !

The actual house is great. Assembly is pretty easy, it's sturdy and seems like it will hold up well outside.The pad is pretty good, somewhat firm but not hard. My cat took to it pretty quickly while it was inside. When it rains, the pad gets pretty wet and absorbs water like a sponge. I would recommend taking it (just the pad) inside or doing something to try and prevent it from getting wet.The cover, however, is complete junk. On the inside it's incredibly frayed (has lots and lots of little strands of material sticking out). The first time I washed it, after it got soaking wet in a storm, I pulled on one I guess. I'm not sure exactly what I did but when I was hanging it up to dry I noticed a seam along the side of the pad had unraveled, so there is now a 8-10 inch split seam along the edge on the zipper side, so it's basically useless now until I can replace or fix it. I don't want bugs, dirt, rain and whatever else to get in...hopefully I can find another pad or replacement cover somewhere.I contacted the seller (LEAPTIME) and asked about getting a replacement pad or cover and they said that they don't have any, which seems a little crazy. They did offer to refund $20 to me, which was a nice gesture and I said sure, but it has been almost three weeks now and that hasn't happened.

This is very well build, a lot bigger than what I thought but not too big, and very easy to assemble. Our little dogs love this. A beautiful addition to our yard and very well priced.

I bought this for my new screened in outdoor porch so my dog will have a place to lay down. He adopted it as home immediately. Sturdy and easy to put together. Very good value.

Pretty easy to put together. One person over about 20 minutes. Dogs are usually scared of these types of things bu mine stepped right in and liked it. Well made, nice cushion. Really a nice quality item at a good price.
