There were no tongs included in set. It was advertised to include tongs. Very disappointed

These work very well
Great for instant chilling - the only drawback is that they are heavy and threaten to hit you in the face when your glass is almost empty. That said, they work well and clean easily. I keep them in a baggie in the freezer so they're available any time.
