I have always loved chocolate-orange combination, and have been searching for chocolate orange peel for long time, but 99.9% of time no luck of finding it in stores, so whenever there is a chance of getting that chocolate-orange combination I would try any brand, any shape, filled jelly inside or not, etc. I avoid to order online during summer time. Recently I ordered some brands of chocolate orange peel to try along with THIS and another the picture showed a slice of orange covered in chocolate, LOL.Well packaged, outside of the cardboard box there was another layer of bubble bag wrapped (for shipping label). The tin had a layer of clear-see through plastic wrapped.The first bite of it? Omg, heaven, I LOVE it! The taste, the texture of the orange is a little different from those normal candied orange peels, a little chewy but not in a bad way or hard. Yet, I must say I prefer the orange slice more than a mere orange peel. I may have to "empty" out the tin to tell you how exactly I really feel about it LOL. And I think the chocolate is just the right amount to cover the half of the slice. Diameter of the slice is ~ 3.25 inches/8.25 cm.However, it didn't get 5 stars? It is kind of expensive (6 slices in the tin). I wish they have 70% dark chocolate option. In terms of ingredients and sugar content, etc. might not be an excellent choice at all times to someone, but some would probably say "who cares?" :)"A beautiful gift", YES, as it looks! "Delicious", Yes. "Ready for any occasion. Elegant and perfect as party favors", Yes!I planned to give as gifts on Christmas and other occasions, so I am now trying(tasting) it out myself, LOL! I wish they would have discount if, say, buying 10, 20 tins...

i was expecting a dryer texture, but it has more of a glossy sticky jelly quality to it on the half not covered by the chocolate... a bit pricey but very tasty...shipped with a cold pack in spring which kept them in good condition when they arrived, but im not sure how well theyd survive in summer riding around in a hot vehicle all morning

O received these as a gift. Each apricot is thick and moist. Never seen any like these before. They last awhile since you can only eat one a day due to their size. The only reason I didn't give this product a 5star rating is because I much more prefer milk chocolate to dark chocolate.The tin container the apricots came in is attractive enough for me to reuse.

Internal packaging is cheap and cracked. Do not give these as a gift. Comes off as cheap looking. Not sure they do not use a paper internal insert instead of the plastic which is cracked and skuffed.

Had amazing flavor, tasted much better than it looked. Still very worth the money.

I wish they were a little more affordable so I could buy them more often. They are a special treat.
