I have to take stool softeners and senna daily. If I get really backed up and haven't gone in like 3-5 days, I bite the bullet and have to take one of these guys. I say one, because that's all you'll need. It will eventually work, and when it does, it's like an exorcism for your stomach. I notice a significant amount of stomach pain for more than a few hours after taking one, and that's with even taking some pretty strong anti-nausea medication. It will pass after maybe 4-6 hours or so. What will also pass, is everything you've ever eaten in the last two weeks lol. It's quite an experience - you never knew the human body could hold that much quantity if something until you experience it. It's like the body's equivalent to watching the Thanksgiving day parade on fast forward. Deducted a star for the stomach pain, but can't fault it for doing what its supposed to do. If you want all the benefits of a colon cleansing without the hassle of a stranger sticking a tube where the sun don't shine, these are for you. Ignore the recommended dosage.
