High value for money, henae why I keep buying it. Some tips for people looking to use.1. Use exactly as directed.2. Follow basic quality sleeping tips. Such as, limiting caffeine intake, non after 3/4pm, no phone use before bed, no sleeping with TV on etcMy results. I feel recharged after sleep. Also helps get me to sleep as without it, I toss and turn for an hour or more. This helps relax my mind and body for a good rest.

I dose is 6 large capsules
So far not helping but I have only been using 2 nights. Swallowing 6 large capsules is not easy for me either. So far very unimpressed,

Does what it says! Go To Sleep!
I have a difficult time staying asleep thru the night, and often getting to sleep as well. Using this product for two nights has made all the difference in how I feel when I wake up, and through the day. I have more energy and feel refreshed instead of wishing I could hit snooze one more time. I did not use the recommended dose of 6 caps; I took 3 caps and it knocked me out in 30-45 mins. I didn’t stir until my alarm went off. Wonderful product!

My doctor prescribed me these sleep medicine that isn't working it worked for maybe a week and not work anymore I purchased the wake up unlimited energy and the big guy testosterone booster I never gotten a better sleep I used this for 3 nights and I can get to bed without a problem it's a great product

The only negative I would give is the amount of capsules, but with all the ingredients included this is necessary. Take this an hour before bed and you will fall asleep like a baby. Would recommend setting your alarm though because the one time I didn't I slept ten hours straight through without stirring once.

Make sure you have water already in a glass because they taste like fish in your tongue lol
Although it takes a little over an hour for it to kick in but it makes you feel like if you're naturally sleepy if that makes sense in other words NyQuil or others products will give you a drunk/sleepy feeling this one does not

Not effective
Doesn’t work at all and the smell is horrible . 6 capsules is also a lot to take at 1 go.
