I bought this kettle cuz my old one was broken since it works for years. the design is sleek with led light on it and glasses make very safety. the water heat up is extremely fast 1.7l just take about 4-5 mins and quite operation. the top is wild open easy to pour out the water and clean. so far we like the kettle hope it will last longer as my old one. one more thing is the shipping was fast and well packaged. high recommend.

5/30 updated：I don’t have to explain too much. Piece of crap.Old review.My old kettle water heater was broken on the lid, so I bought this one to replace it. It looks nice and modern. The water heater heats fast. It can help keep the water warm in the temperature.

If all you want is a kettle to heat water to a specific temperature, pour and walk away, this is a great kettle. It’s well made, looks nice and I like that it beeps when it’s at temp. I can really taste the difference in my teas with using the correct water temperature.My tea process involves multiple steeps a few minutes apart and it’s not really ideal for that. I can set the temperature but when I lift the kettle off of the power source to pour the water, the temp setting resets itself to the 212 default. It drops in temperature fairly quickly. The keep warm setting doesn’t keep it at the actual set temp very well. Overall I do like it and feel like I might just have a very unusual process.

Worked well for less than two years. Thermostat seems to be off, but we have adjusted to it. Connections in the base are wearing out. It’s fixable, but need a replacement base to keep from “fixing” it every couple of weeks. Can’t find a similar kettle so far with a removable lid. A replacement base is $10. Haven’t found a price for just the 360° connector yet. Repair this one or buy a different kettle altogether? Decisions, decisions....

I got this as a Christmas gift and it's got me drinking much more tea as it's so quick and easy to use. I like that you can adjust the temp for different types of teas and the keep warm feature is great. My favorite thing besides speed to boiling is that once it reaches temperature it beeps and stops getting hotter. With my old stove-top teapot it would be whistling so loud if I was in the other room and I'd have to rush back to stop the screeching sound. Never realized this bugged me until I didn't have to deal with it:) The glass is tempered so if you want to boil more than one kettle back-to-back you can refill it right away. I'm finding all kinds of uses for hot water all of a sudden, highly recommend!

I bought this kettle in March 2019 and and loved it. It seemed high quality and it was nice to watch it boiling with the pretty blue light. But before it was even a year old we started having issues. For some reason it just stopped turning on. We would have to put some weight on top of it to get it to work but after a few weeks that didn’t work anymore either. Things just do not last anymore.

I had no idea these existed until my sister-in-law showed me hers, I loved the way it worked for her, so I purchased one. I ordered one and the digits on the digital readout were not working properly. So I returned it and they sent me another ASAP. Its been about a couple of months now and I wish I had one of these sooner. I keep the water level at about a third way up and boils my water in about 4 minutes. I have an electric stove, so its almost 3 times the wait and I have to turn on my big stove. I have noticed my electric bill creep down since I am using this item. I will add the spout from which it pours spills the water out very even and gentle, this works well for me since I use a metal filter with a carafe to make my coffee. Nice even pour over my coffee grounds.

I have been loving this product and originally wrote a review below. This product was great until it randomly stopped working. It turns on and then about 4 seconds into heating up the water it just turns off. Very sad, very disappointment and hoping to be refunded or received a product that works again. Thank youI really enjoy this water heater. Great price and works really well. Water tastes great from using it. I would give this a 5 if it was fully stainless steel. The lid on the top is made of steel and plastic. Although they say it is BPA free plastic I just wish it wasnt there. Especially since they did such a great job making all the inside parts stainless steel or glass. It is easy to clean and also stays really clean. When i first used it with tap water there was a lot of built up residue at the bottom. I thought this was the fault of the water heater. Since i have switched to filtered water I have not had this issue once! Thank you
