Tenveo 20X-USB Optical Zoom Video Conference Camera Full HD 1080p USB3.0 HDMI PTZ Camera for Large Conference Rooms (20X Zoom TEVO-VHD203U)

This camera is a good value for those wanting a PTZ unit under $1,000. We use it for our church broadcasts. Movement from one preset to the other is a little too quick. Pan and tilt adjustments are a little tricky because of the speed. There is a speed adjustment but doesn't offer enough. Biggest problem: instructions are terribly written. Picture quality is very good though and there is no need for extra equipment for streaming, and will output to USB and HDMI at the same time. The IR remote will operate up to 3 cameras, and unit interfaces with popular controllers.

The camera is extremely laggy and delayed over usb3. It is near impossible to aim by looking at the screen because the video stream is about .5 seconds behind. And in the first day of use, the entire video stream locked up on me every 20 minutes or so. I had to completely close the application and open it back up to get the video back. This happened even with windows 10 built in camera application as well as multiple video streaming and video apps. I tried different UB ports and cables. All had the same results. I could not get a reliable video feed from this $600 camera. Ended up using a $30 webcam and that worked perfectly.Really expected a lot more from a $600 camera.

3 months into using this during quarantine for our livestreams and the power cord broke. Contacted the seller, they told us they would send us a new one, but that it could take 3-4 weeks to get here. 5 weeks later they still hadn't sent a tracking number, and after some badgering finally got a tracking number and another message saying it will take 3-4 weeks to get here. ANOTHER 3-4 weeks because no one actually sent it the first time. 1 week after this (6 weeks in) and the tracking number still shows that a number has been printed but not given to USPS. Here we are still waiting, and unable to use this product.Oh and the product itself is not that great. It constantly hunts focus, automatically exposes and changes color, which means that you can lose focus easily, even if you have a controller for it, and there is no way to manually fix the color or exposure so if you are halfway into a sermon and the pastor moves a little, the whole thing might look terrible. The overall picture quality is not great, but serviceable. It does move smoothly and the zoom is great. Unfortunately, we can't even use it anymore so it doesn't matter.The last message I received from Tenveo was them recommending that we buy their newest product if our need was urgent. LOL RIGHT. And even if we wanted to, the item is unavailable, so.....I would RUN away from this company if I were you.

It stop working after few months. The image is broken remained frozen. And the parts of image continously changing its location automatically. The camera does not respond to the remote although the led green light from camera front is beeping (remote signal received). I restarted both the camera and the computer but the error continues. I tried the camera with different computer but same result. I asked for factory warranty which is stared from their website but did not get any response.

I got this for the pan tilt zoom features. However, the pan and tilt was extremely shoddy. Ended up with a couple standstill cameras instead because the movement on these would have likely made people vomit from motion sickness. Sent a return in the week I got it, never heard back, and now I'm out several hundred. Wouldn't recommend it. The ptz isn't good at all and the camera otherwise isn't worth the price.

Very easy to use and setup. I got this for facebook streaming at church. Zoom is excellent from the camera position to the front (50ft). I was able to program the remote for our camera angles. Solid camera!!
