MEGA-POP 36 ct 8 oz. corn kit for 6 oz popper

For a very long time I wanted the smell and taste of the movie popcorn to fill my home. Now, I still can't get over how much this product makes us feel like we're at the movies while relaxing in the comfort of our home. Thank you very much for a product that is really worth the price. To anyone who has never tried Mega-Pop, it is time you did. Get ready for the "best" way to stay home and enjoy your favorite movies with this mouth watering popcorn. Recently purchased the 6 Oz. Paramount popcorn machine along with the Mega-Pop popcorn kits for my husbands 50th birthday...and he couldn't be happier! We've only had it for about a month but are going through 3-4 packs of Mega-Pop a week. Our Monday night football group (5 couples, not just guys!) chose this popcorn over strawberry cheesecake for dessert, and we've been put in charge of supplying the popcorn for our montly movie night. The kids just arrived for Christmas and can't stop eating it. Not only does this taste like real movie popcorn, it's good for a couple days after popping. We just turn on the heat lamp in the popcorn machine and it tastes as fresh as when it was first popped. Thank you to all who posted reviews prior to my purchase...you helped me choose a delicious and entertaining birthday present for my "hard to buy for husband!"

A little salty, but we drain some salt before making. It’s so easy and tasty.

I have a home theater complete with a refreshment area and a small theater style popcorn popper. I purchased other popcorn packets in the past that I ended up throwing away due too half the popcorn in the packet not popping. These packets are fresh and have very few "old maids" has we called the popcorn in batch that didn't pop as kids. My only real complaint would be with the seasoning. I find that I still need to add popcorn salt to the freshly popped pop corn otherwise it lacks taste with just the seasoning that comes in the packet.

I have been purchasing these packets for years. Each batch (enough for 4 or more people) costs a little over $1.I use this in my large Stir Crazy popper and it fills it up to the brim. The taste is great and I love that they are all remeasured so there is no waste.

I ordered this because my husband used to work for a concessions company that sold Gold Medal popcorn to fairs. I popped one package in the largest soup pot I have, and it wasn't enough room for the popcorn. It didn't pop very large or fluffy because there wasn't room for it to expand. This package is designed to be used in electric kettles, like in a movie theater. I didn't realize this when I ordered. I paid over 50 dollars and can't use it unless I buy an expensive home popcorn machine, and it has an expiration date 6 months after delivery.

We like everything about this popcorn. We buy it by the case and as soon as it arrives we unbox it and put it in the freezer. It’s so easy to use in our popper and tastes like you got it at the carnival. We are on our 3rd case of it. Yum!

These are perfect - just like movie theatre popcorn. But why can't I get this anymore? The replacement is too big and overflows my popper.
