Works as intended!

Does it’s intended job
We’re first time reptile owners and wanted to do our crusty right. After much research we decided on this layer technique for our tank as our first official tank set up. I cut the mesh to size with some extra but not enough for a second go. It’s doing it’s job of keeping the dirt up and letting the excess moisture down to be absorbed by the clay Leca balls.

Like it better than using wire mesh
I use this in both my terrarium and vivarium. I personally prefer this over the wire mesh. The substrate above stays out of the "false bottom", even the micro substrate particles. With Josh's Frogs you can always expect both fast deliveries and quality.

Exactly What I Required
I bought two of these since one was not enough for my python's 36x18x18 terrarium. Together, they help to maintain the layer between my soil and drainage layer, allowing me to create a bioactive enclosure that will suit a growing spotted python.
