I've been using the belt for a little under a month now. I'm thinking of switching to the TC1. This current belt doesn't wrap around far enough, and it barely overlaps. Not long enough to really get the sweat going, as weird as that is to say.The velcro could be longer as well. I'm 5'9" and 150-ish Lbs.When wrapped in the belt as tight as I can get it the part of the velcro that attaches to the fuzzy part goes past the fuzzy part. If I carefully attach part of it I can get away with it not being fully attached, butbhave to make sure while running to check on it /rub it occasionally back into place.I would like to add that this is strictly a running only belt, there is NO WAY with the 'abs' that it would be possible to do crunches/sit ups or yoga, bicycles, etc.The pocket is a nice idea, ends up on my hip a bit more than my back.That being said it's not a bad belt.

I wish it had the hooks to really get a tight grip. Other than that it's no issues for concern.Its comfortable and I'm able to lay down while wearing this. So far its proven to be durable.

It's good support but to bulky, especially while wearing under a shirt or tee. You can see the velcrove indention which is a bit uncomfortable.

So if someone helps me get this on it’s awesome. If you try to outbid it on yourself it’s awkward. You have to line up the front of it over the tummy and try to hold it while I pull in the remainder of it. I would have to do a video on this to show u... if u want one message me.

The belt is sturdy & comfortable to wear. The material combination generate heat across the belt line and thus accelerates trimming your waist while you do your things during the day. My wife like it.

This product is not a back brace it is to make your stomach sweat and it does just that . I wanted a back brace so this wasn't what i was looking for but if your looking to make your tummy sweat then this is for you .

This trainer is sure good and the very perfect selection if gunning for core abs and side cuts. Just be very clear when selecting size to use.And also they have a very good and responsive customer service with expedite delivery.For all in all, this trainer is highly recormended.
