I ordered this ball as a way to avoid the stiffness I felt after sitting for a long time at the computer. When it arrived complete with a foot pump there were no directions about how to attach the pump to the ball, and having no experience with this kind of thing, I was at a loss. I emailed the company and soon received clear and detailed directions. Blowing it up to full capacity was a workout in itself, and at first I thought the ball was too low for me when sitting at the computer, but when I blew it up even more, it was at the perfect height. It is very comfortable, and no more stiffness. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it would have been very easy to include the blow-up directions with the ball, saving me the extra step of having to email for directions.

My husband and I thought we would try a different type of workout, so I ordered two of these balls. (One for each of us) They came very quickly, and we were able to start using them right away. At first (rookie) we couldn't figure out how to pump the ball up. Well, there is a plug of course. Duh! We simply pushed the plug out and then we were able to use the enclosed pump to pump it up. Once we had it as full as we wanted it, we just slipped the plug back in and we were good to go. Nice! I love the texture of the ball. A soft rubber but very strong. Some balls at the gym feel very hard and stiff, difficult to handle. Not this one. Very pliable, supple and easy to grip if using it for arm exercises. (and NO smell!) Strong enough for me to bounce on it to do squats. (Oh my thighs!) I even like the bright happy green color. I will probably order more of these exercise balls. I am always on the lookout for great gifts . These balls are just that good !!!

Would be nice if there were instructions on how to inflate the ball. There is a very deep white plug in the ball that really looks like a port to inflate air into. That doesn't work obviously. Eventually figured to pull it out to inflate the ball. Again, instructions with this ball would have been nice. Was a bit frustrating at first. The ball however works well with no issues.

Seems to lose air quickly.

I bought this for my wife and she loved it. she is having back pain and Dr recommends using the exercise ball. The color is great and works really well.Very good quality and no bad rubber smell. It comes with a small pump easy to set up. We may have to buy another one cause we all fight for it

Material is thin compared to other exercise balls I’ve had. My son poked a hole in it (so ruined it) within a few weeks!!!

I love this Swiss Ball. It is easy to work with and it is sturdy. Better than all the other exercise equipment I have used in the past. I highly recommend this Swiss Ball. It realy works to stretch and ease back pain.

This was a present for my teenage daughter who is super into keeping fit, pilates, running etc. She loves this as it is strong and doesn't slip when she is doing her work outs.
