I got this mug because I adored the picture of the german shepherds. Good quality mug. My picture was a bit dark so I contacted the seller. They took care of my concerns VERY timely. Would recommend their products because they are good quality and their EXCELLENT customer service.

I was very disappointed at the poor quality. It does not look like the image online that i bought it for. the image quality is muddy, basically two black blobs without detail on a black mug. it was supposed to be a german shepherd dog puppy (it has no detail at all, just black on black mug so cant even really see it) and an adult german shepherd dog. the image online showed more detail so the mug i received is a huge disappointment. not worth displaying at all.
