What can I say? It’s a simple function to perform (holding ribs while they cook), and this rack did the trick. I’m not really sure how it would work with all five slots filled, but considering ribs can be smoked stacked, one rack lying on another, I’m sure it’d be just fine.I will say that I used the rack for baby back ribs, which stood taller than the rack, contrary to what the sales pictures show. It does make me wonder if it’d be practical for longer-boned ribs.The gloves are awkward. The fingers on them are quite short. I’m an average sized man with typical hand size, and my fingers weren’t close to going all the way in. I do understand, however, that these are meant to be a generic fit.All in all, I think it’s a good design and am very pleased.

I really appreciate that the rack gives me a lot more room on my smoker. It's not as wide as I was expecting based on the photo, but it held 5 racks of pork spareribs just fine. Sometimes I like to wrap my ribs partway through the cook and this probably wouldn't work for that. Also, some of my ribs were touching, which limits smoke penetration, in those spots, but overall I'm very happy with the construction and function of the rack.The gloves were a really nice bonus. They're very flexible, which makes them great for food prep, but the short length makes them less well suited for work inside the smoker than my existing pair. I'll definitely add them to my glove rotation, but will probably use them mostly for post-cook work.

This was a very great buy. I used this for the first time over Easter weekend and was mesmerized at how something so simple and inexpensive could provide such quality results. I know most people would think "it just holds the ribs and separates them, what else do you need to say!" My ribs were fall off the bone tender in part to the great design of this product. It is very well made, durable (so far) and very easy to clean. I also appreciate the dimensions of this product. The ribs have enough support within each section of the rack to keep them standing upright and cook evenly. The gloves are a wonderful bonus as well. Great heat protection, VERY easy to clean, and fit the hand well. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with this product and can really appreciate the craftsmanship. If you need a great rib rack this a superb option for the price.

This is something that I've been looking for as a helpful grilling aid for the slow cook portion of my barbecued baby back port ribs. Five long sections of ribs fit snuggly into this coated rack and still fit onto my grill. The result is that each section cooks evenly and are ready to go for the next step in my process. The added bonus of the lined grilling gloves doubles my enjoyment while I cook. The gloves are of excellent quality, are durable, and keep my hands safe while handling hot items off the grill. I especially like them when I peel the sheaves off of the hot grilled ears of corn -- and then to break each cob in two. The textured gloves don't lose grip. It is a combined great value because the rack or the gloves are worth the purchase price.

Tried this for the first time and it works ok. If the spaces for each rib were wider or if some type of spacers between the ribs were built in, the rack would work better. Some ribs were touching and those areas did not brown like the rest. I would still recommend it and use it again if i needed to smoke that many ribs. Usually I can do 3 racks but with this I was able to cook all 5 in the same area. I would also suggest to place the thick part of each rib on the opposite side, alternating each rack so theres space in between. The rib rack was wide enough to hold a full slab.

This rack works great! Have been looking for something that would hold ribs upright in our smoker. It can hold several full racks of ribs with no problem. Keeps them separated nicely. The side handles make it easy to place in and remove from the smoker. Clean up is a breeze. Can’t think of a single negative. Love it!

Haven't used it yet, but the reason I wanted it is because of the non-stick 5 slots and no trimming of ribs to fit. I did use the gloves and although I can't pick up a dime with them, they more than serve the purpose of handling hot foods and other times with good grip.

Used the rack this past weekend. Gave it a quick spritz of non-stick spray, to be on the safe side. The rack held four full racks of ribs and the clean-up was amazingly easy. Good buy.
