Excellent value for 6qt KitchenAid beater
This is like the Flex Edge KitchenAid beater, but this is a far better price. This has a unique twisted shape instead of being flat it scoops up the ingredients in the bowl easier for mixing.It is solid high density plastic so that you can put it in the dishwasher (I use the top rack for it)I like that the flexible edge is on both sides of the beater not just the one side like the original KA one.This leaves the bowl clean and all the dry mix incorporated.

This one actually works with my 5 quart mixer and does a great job. I tried another previously and it didn’t even touch the sides of the bowl. So happy with this one.

A happy surprise
I didn’t realize that it’s plastic when I ordered, but am glad for it now. I love that I can toss it in the dishwasher. It seems to scrape the bowl really well.

Effective!
I bought this for my 5 quart bowl lift Kitchenaid mixer. It fits perfectly, and almost eliminates the need to scrape the bowl during mixing (I still scrape the bowl at the end, just in case). It even picks up the stuff on the bottom of the bowl! Clean up is a breeze, and despite it being plastic and not metal, it feels super sturdy and well constructed. Well worth the price!

Fits Professional 5 Plus!
Fits Professional 5 Plus!It’s so difficult to find accessories for the Professional 5 plus kitchen aid that when I first got this I thought it didn’t fit because it makes such a loud screeching noise when you turn on the mixer. However, if you add butter/oil or some kind of lubricant to the outside of the bowl before you run it it’s awesome. It gets all of the edges scraped well and it even gets that well at the bottom of the bowl mixed in. I use this every time I use my mixer and I also regularly clean it in the dishwasher (top rack). Highly recommend!

Doesn't stick like others. Make sure what model mixer you have
This beater works flawlessly. Most others have said the other beaters would not even turn but this one is great.

Clean the sides of the bowl.
I use this blade to mix breads, cakes and cookies. I love the way I don't have to stop the mixer to scrape the sides.

This blade works well. It’s not the same material that KitchenAid uses but it’s similar. It scrapes the side of the bowl very well. Be careful when adding flour to a wet mixture as it will go over the side of the bowl. The edge of the blade seems to push the flour to the top of the bowl at first.

Work well but need a little workaround
Like it! It fits well my kitchen aid pro 5 but word of advice, oil a little bit your bowl otherwise the silicone at the top will have a hard time against the stainless bowl!
