Using these as an attractive bug light.
Guests at our house after dark were getting swarmed by bugs on our porch but we didn't want the usual ugly yellow "bug lights." These are a warm yellow light from an attractive retro bulb, and low wattage to boot. We have noticed there are not nearly as many bugs around since we switched to these bulbs. Since they are LED, I'm hoping they will last a long time.

Quality/safety issue!
They look okay when they are lit, but one of these bulbs broke in my hand while screwing it into the socket. It was a safety hazard for sure, and then an absolute pain to get the base of the bulb out of the socket of the lamp. Yes, I was using a lamp that specifically called for this type of bulb. The next bulb I tried went in without this issue, but honestly, once is one too many times for something like that to happen. We were less than pleased with the quality of these and will most likely not repurchase.

Oversized: won't fit in many lamps with shades
I didn't realize how huge these are: don't fit into any of my table or floor lamps with shades. Not a standard size for the space allotted by most lamps with shades for a bulb. I don't know how or where anyone would use these.

Nothing wrong with the product just not what I expected, it’s very dim. Just wasn’t the right fit for me.

Nice amber color. Dim without flicker.
These bulbs have a really deep amber color. They look really nice in the lights above our bar. Unlike lots of dimmable led bulbs we've tried, these do not have any noticeable flicker when dimmed. We will be buying more.
