**Q: Am I correct to assume that the shelf life is long with it been salty and dried? How long usually will it last unopened after purchase?**
A: It’s vacuum sealed and cured, unopened it has a long shelf life, yes.

**Q: Is it sliced or whole sticks?**
A: Mine came sliced but I think the same seller does unsliced too.
Lovely stuff.

**Q: Is it 1kg bag? If so, how long does it last fresh once opened?**
A: Comes in 4x250g vacuum packed bags.
Once opened lasts until I eat it.

**Q: Hi, is this a particulary peppery and burny biltong?**
A: No, it's one of the milder biltong that I've tried. Hardly spicy at all.
