The media could not be loaded. I wasn't too sure if this product would be a good buy or not but so far I am happy with it's performance. It's a sterilzer so, for anyone wondering..you MUST clean your menstrual cup thoroughly with soap and water before placing it in here. I know, seems like common sense but someone is going to put a dirty cup in this thing and them complain that it doesn't work. I have had it for several months and initially I thought the button was stuck. After you push it, it heats up quickly, under a minute and runs for 3 minutes give or take. The light will then turn off but the button does not pop out until the unit has cooled down enough to be used again. The only downside is the water indicator marks on the lid were very hard to see so I just outlined them with a sharpie. Not enough of an issue for me to dock a star. Overall if you are tired of pulling out the dedicated pot to boil your cup on the stove each month, then consider this little set. I have not used the microwave folding cup sterilizer or the smaller sized cupbthat came in the set. I plan to give those to my niece when she is ready to try this as an alternative to pads. The larger size 2 cup is great. I tried many brands before settling on Anytime cups a few years ago. My first cup lasted 2 yrs before the stem finally got a crack in it. I currently have about 5 anytime cups that I rotate through and none of them have given me any issues. A great affordable option if you are looking for an inexpensive cup.

Steamer sucked. It worked maybe for five months and then the button stopped working. But the cup!! Now that is useful. I finally retired my Diva cup and stumbled upon this cup. (I only purchased this set for the steamer). I figured instead of buying a new cup I’ll give this one a try and I am in love. I’ve been using my diva cup for about two years now but it gave me trouble the entire time. Whether it was leaking or the placement was off. Something was always wrong. But this! The large size especially. No leaks no issues. It just pops into place making insertion an ease. But because the top portion is so wide it can be a little troublesome to take out. Kind of have to work slowly there. But it’s so nice and easy. And I am very happy I got something useful out of this purchase! If the steamer doesn’t work the cup definitely does.

I am more concerned with the sterilizer than the cups, although the cups are fine. The stems are uncomfortable though, so I recommend cutting them down if you need to. I have my own cups, so I don't use them. The sterilizer does what I need it to do. I know that there's typos on the box, but if you just want something affordable that'll do its job, just buy it. I haven't used the microwave cup holder because I haven't needed it, but it would be useful for a vacation. I definitely recommend this for anybody who needs a cheap kit for menstrual cups/disks.

Not sure wut to think of this product yet, but I assumed the cups wud be WAY bigger based on the pics, but they barely fit in the palm of my hand. I got instructions for everything but wutever the pink thing is, I'm assuming it's a much larger cup which I desperately needed. I'll keep it to see if it helps me from having to change my tampons n pads every few hrs (I have pcos aka heavy periods) but honestly don't have much hope this will do anything for me.Will update if anything life changing happens lol

The steamer works great as far as I can tell, the cups are not very easy to maneuver for insert. It keeps a little bend in it that takes FOREVER to work out. I can say that I have not leaked.

Definitivamente una de las mejores elecciones que he hecho, cambiar el panty por la copa. al principio desconfiada pero después del segundo día lo ame, muy higiénico, no se nota, puedes hacer cualquier actividad. Tener en cuenta que hay que estar al pendiente de cambiarlo si tú flujo es abundante. Al removerlo hacerlo en la regadera o en el baño de ese modo evitas hacer un desorden. La instrucciones son claras solo doblas, la copa y la introduces al retirarla, solo empujas un poco tu pared pélvica y con ayuda de tu mano la sacas. El material es suave y flexible. El esterilizador me parece de baja calidad pero funciona muy bien. Llegó perfectamente empacado y en el tiempo estimado. Vienen dos copas de diferente tamaño, un vaso para esterilizarlo y dos bolsas de tela, así como el esterilizador.

Me encanta porque aparte de que comen trigo huyen a la no contaminación ambiental ya que puede durar hasta 12 años de uso no la he usado Pero he visto muchos vídeos respecto a la copa y esta me llegó perfecta desinfectado llego perfecto todo llego como lo prometido y me encantó porque incluso me llegó antes del día

Pense que era más flexible me dolió al intentar seguí con el tampax el aparato para desinfectar excelente y practico
