I needed replacement for my Toiletry Bag, which had served me well, but needed to be retired. Delivery was a few days ahead of projected date; always a plus. The bag is of excellent quality, a bit larger than my previous bag, with storage compartments my previous bag lacked. I recommend the Bayfield company. If I have a further need, I will be checking their offerings.

The leather is soft and supple. There is more room in this kit than the photographs portray. The bottom zippered compartment allows to organize items from the general population in the main compartment.The narrow side pocket is perfect for band-aids, alcohol wipes and such.The stitching and construction is high quality.I look forward to many years of service from this dopp kit.

My husband loves this bag. It’s perfect for travel. A great size; sturdy leather. The bottom compartment is very helpful. Good buy!

Okay quality. I feel this item is over priced. In my opinion it is worth about $25-$30, not $50. The zipper is not easy to slide open and closed. Possibly needs a lubricant? It also was sewn uneven across the bottom pocket of the bag whoch causes it to crimp and catch when closing or opening.Overall the material on the bag is slightly stiff. Though, the outer "leather" layer is noticeably thin and wrinkled. Generally the bag holds its shape. The leather-like material is very low quality and I fear it will shred, crack, or peel eventually. I like the metal tabs on the bottom. The bag was bigger than I expected. Interior is decent. The interior material, the grey lining specifically, I am not sure that it will hold up to time and continued use. It has scuffs already from the paper stuffing it was shipped with.I would probably not buy this bag again, however, if the quality of the zipper and the material overall was improved (thicker leather) I think this bag could be quite nice.

There is so much to like about the dop kit. The leather is smooth and supple. The zippers work easily and cleanly. The seams are straight and well made. The pockets are well placed and handy to use. Well designed and well made.

Was not very easy to find...I wanted high quality, good storage, soft, simple in and out, easy to carry. This fits my needs perfectly.
