Great on your neck, little difficult to fill though !!

Fantastic idea, great for comfort relief, although I would not recommend for very elderly unless someone else fills it up, as you do have to be careful. I found it fine to fill just gotta be careful. Thanks

The hot water bottle does the job well- it holds hot water and sits on your shoulders. Great! However I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the cover. I have included photos which show where the seam hasn't been sewn together properly. As this was a present, I was a little upset. So just be prepared to maybe be getting the sewing kit out!

It's fine, it's good if you suffer from shoulder pain, however I suffer from neck pain and I found that the bottle edge kind of jars into my neck. (That sounds dramatic... the edge would probably be fine if you don't suffer from neck aches and pains)Bottle cover is lovely and good thickness. I ended up returning mine as it didn't do what I needed.

Difficult to get the cover off and on and the seams split when trying so be careful.
