I did alot of research before I decided to purchase this tracker. Read alot of reviews on different products and finally settled on this one. First off, the app is very user friendly and easy to connect to the device. The charge lasts for about 3 days before you have to recharge and you just carefully pop it out of the band and can plug it straight into the USB port on the computer to charge...it's probably more of a basic version, you can get text alerts but not read the whole text....but I'm not really using it for that. I use it to track my sleeping patterns and steps and it works great

I bought this as a Christmas present for my granddaughter in Albania. I took it with me to Albania, but when I opened it to show her mom, the clasp to hold it on her wrist was missing. We looked in the box, took it all apart, and even looked on the floor to see if we dropped it out, but to no avail. When I wrote to the company and told them what happened they offered to replace the whole watch. It has been received gratefully. Thank you very much. ***update: seller sent a replacement that so far has good battery life. My daughter still wears it every day oh, so I guess it's a hit.***Bought this for our daughter. She's nine. She loves it and will hardly take it off. That's the biggest problem because the battery is doesn't have all that much longevity. Otherwise fine product. Also you have to synchronize the time again every time it's powered off which is annoying

I purchased this for my very responsible tween and the band broke in less than 5 weeks. She was so excited about having it that she took better care of it than I have of my expensive tracker and I haven't had any trouble. I can't find a replacement band that will actually fit so I'm out the cost of the device. Would not purchase again.Edited to add I was issued a full refund in March 2019 after I declined a new device because it had been replaced with a different watch in October.

This worked really well at first. The app never did connect to make a profile. Now the plastic part that plugs into the computer is broken. Can't plug in NO GOOD

Fits well, the band place keeper thing is a little loose though. Overall I really like it.

So far, I'm fairly satisfied with my tracker. It seems to be fairly accurate in tracking my steps. However, it doesn't seem to start tracking my sleep until close to midnight each night (long after I've gone to sleep). Not really sure what's up with that....

Cheap and hard to work.
