I have struggled with keeping my heels smooth for a very long time. Finally, the last person I had to my pedicure told me to get a rasp like this and use it at least once a week to get it smooth. I have been using it for about a week now and it definitely has made a difference. I am impressed with how quickly it works. Being made of metal also means it is easy to clean and won't break.

I though the rough side surface might be a little bit hurt when I used it; however, I felt very comfortable when I followed the instruction to remove callus. And the fine side, it's smooth. I use once two days and apply some lotion on the feet, afterwards will I wear the socks to let the lotion stay for longer time for better result. :)

This is not very coarse, I have a similar file with a coarse side & a fine side, the coarse side of this is like the fine side of the one I had. I never have used the fine side so this one is useless to me. I thought it would be nice to have a spare, as I use my first one about once a week. Too bad this can't be returned, I should have noticed that before I ordered it. Had to give it 1 star to submit, didn't want to though

It's good without soaking the feet.This was bought for my grandma. No need to worried that she might get cut rasping the dead skin again. It is easy to use, and easy for others to help her as well. She is very happy to have those soften feet again. Nice gift. Thank you!

Works really well for what I need it for. My hands tend to get dry after every change of season. So I just use this scrub in the shower and works great. Leaves my hands smooth.

The rougher side of the file is worthless and flimsy and not effective whatsoever
