Great Screen Protector
This was my first time using a screen protect from Whitestone. In the past I have used several other tempered glass protectors and had a lot of difficulty aligning the speaker/camera cutouts. Not so with this one. The provided assembly aid work perfectly. The installation process could be considered a bit tedious, but the results look great. It of course is critical to make certain the phone is clean with the provided alcohol wipes and drying cloth. Additionally I made certain the provided speaker masking films were placed correctly and adhered to the Pixel’s screen prior to applying the liquid adhesive. Once the UV light cure the adhesive and the edges were cleaned I was really surprised with the results. There is no Halo or screen distortion and had just enough clearance for my case.

Over-engineered and convoluted installation process
I spent about an hour trying to install this screen protector. Twice. And I failed both times. This was my first time trying to install the Dome Glass screen protector. And it will be my last. I wanted a screen protector for my Pixel 3 and after doing some research, this was supposed to be the best. The tempered glass was quality and it was one of the few screen protectors that goes edge-to-edge. Sadly, the installation process ruins all of this. It's over-engineered and the installation process has so many steps that if you fail one, you're screwed. The first time I installed it, I got air bubbles. Unfortunately, they only give you one piece of glass unlike many others which will give you 2 or 3 in case you screw up. So I removed the glass and per the instructions, I cleaned the glass with the provided alcohol wipes and microfiber cloth and tried again with the second stick of glue. This time, the glue did not disperse properly even after waiting some time and after trying to use the slider to disperse the glue, I AGAIN ended up with air bubbles. At this point, I gave up after an hour of time spent on this. I took off the frame to discover the back of my phone was covered with glue. The glue soakers on the side weren't able to soak up enough of the glue. So after all that time and $45 spent, I'm left with a phone smelling strongly of glue and without a screen protector. Would not recommend. Considering how difficult and expensive this process was, you would think they would provide more than one piece of glass or be willing to provide you more glue. But that's not the case. Replacements are only provided if the actual glass protector is damaged. But that's if you're able to get through this ridiculous installation process first. I ordered another company's tempered glass screen protector (3-pack) immediately after this instead. No, it doesn't cover edge-to-edge, but it was over 4 times cheaper, installs in minutes, and you get two extra pieces of glass. A much better value in my opinion, in terms of both time and money.

Early impression: Great fit, good protection
I was put off by how involved this was, and also sheepish about any protector that uses liquid, as you basically get one shot. The videos of the application process (which you absolutely must watch to do this correctly) made it seem simple enough, so I was sold. The process is a little bit confusing. The video they give you is filmed across the table, so everything is the reverse of how you'll see it. That made me second guess how I was about to lay the glass down. Once I got the phone loaded into the gizmo and had the adhesive on, with the glass ready to drop into place, I really appreciated how tight the tolerances were. If you do everything by the letter, it's pretty hard to mess up. There's a lot of room for error in this kind of screen protector, rather than the sticker kind, but they appear to do a good job making it as easy as they can. It's not edge-to-edge protection, but it gets to within a few mm of the edge of my otterbox case, so I think that's ideal. The screen is very clear, and doesn't appear to interfere with anything, touch-wise. I had a little bit of pocket-rash on the actual phone's glass (from rubbing against keys and such) and this makes 99% of it impossible to spot. I've only had it for a day so I can't comment on the level of protection, but I suspect it's the same as any other.

Fine glass with difficult and spotty install method.
The installation process was very difficult. I watched their video and read the guide twice and still had to have a second go at applying the liquid. Even after that, the liquid didn't spread all the way to the bottom corner, leaving a small edge unglued as you can see in the photo. In addition to this, a bubble formed over night. Other than that, touch performance is unaffected and the added thickness is not bad. Wished it came with two glass panels and more than two bottles of liquid for the price.

Best temperated glass out there but pricey and installation instructions are horrendous
Pros: -Best fitting protector that's actually curved -UV cured adhesive ensures edges won't lift up -Glass feels better than film protectors -Fits with my case of choice (Spigen Rugged Armor) Cons: -Written instructions are horrible (knocking off one star) -Written instructions refer to an installation video that does not exist specifically for the Pixel 3, which the install is different than other phones -Pricey I first heard about Whitestone Dome a couple of months ago by chance. Ever since I had my Galaxy S7 I hated how tempered glass protectors didn't curve with the screen. Manufacturers would just stop the glass once the screen curve started. I hated that so went with film protectors. Anyway once I learned there actually was a brand that had curved glass protectors I had to try it! This protector is pricey, it's easily the most I've spent on a protector for any device that I've ever had, but it is a premium protector after all and it uses UV light to cure the adhesive, so it is using premium materials. If you can get past the price, next comes installation, which is (unnecessarily) horrendous. To start the instructions tell you to reference an installation video that DOES NOT exist specifically for the Pixel 3 and after watching a couple of YouTube videos the installation process IS NOT THE SAME as other phones. Take heed future installers the installation process itself is not bad at all, but understanding them from the written instructions alone with make you want to pack it up and ship it back. I personally watched Thao Huynh on YouTube to learn how to install it. She breaks down each step really clearly with video. I was able to install mine perfectly the first time using her video. However since the included installation instructions are horrible, I'm knocking a star off. I'd also like to say, the included cleaning clothes give off a TON of lint, so get your dust stickers ready. Getting all the dust off was a pain in the ass. Now for the best part, once it's installed correctly it certainly does look and fit perfectly. If some adhesive squeezed past the edges you can scrape it off post UV curing so don't worry too much about that. The protector doesn't interfere with the case I have on it right now, Spigen Rugged Armor, which is another plus. I've had mine installed for less than a day, so I'll update this review if anything goes south, otherwise I'm going to enjoy my new protector! Update: 8/13/19: I said I'd update if anything went South, but actually I'm updating just to say my glass protector is going really strong still. It has a couple of light scratches in it so it's doing it's job and it looks and feels great doing it.

Installation not easy at all
Their advertising that this is an "easy" installation is not really accurate. This is probably the most difficult install for a screen protector I've ever done. Lots of steps, lots of places to go wrong. 1. Their instructions on orienting the phone is not that clear, you'd think that you'd orient the phone top up, but really the phone is supposed to be upside down on the tray. Also the bottom tray doesn't lock the phone in place and so it moves around when trying to put the top tray on. It's almost easier to put the phone upside down in the top tray first and then drop the bottom tray on it before flipping it over to continue the install. 2. The grill cover stickers don't stick that well. Had to make sure I gave it a nice press and seal to ensure that the glue doesn't get all in the speaker grill. 3. The little glue soakers on the side barely work. It doesn't go deep enough to touch the phone and pull the excess glue into the pad before it rolls everywhere. The glue overflow ended up all over my phone and I can't get the smell out. 4. I dunno if it's the new install method, but the slide thing doesn't work that well. It was hard to get good dispersion on the adhesive. My first install ended up with the glue not spreading all the way to the top. I then had to pull it off and clean all the gunk off for a second install. Second time, the glue also didn't spread to the top so I gave it a little tilt and it ran up, but the glue ran off the side and got all over the phone again. It still smells like glue no matter how many alcohol swabs I used. 5. Would it kill them to throw in a second or third piece of glass in case ppl screwed up? Given how difficult it is, and at $45, it doesn't seem very consumer friendly to give a single piece of glass. 6. Even once it cures there is still glue reminants on the side if you don't get it all off you end up with glue boogers. And if you aren't careful, the glue can get pulled out from under the protector and leave a gap. All in all, my first install was a fail. The second install is marginally better, but because they only give you one glass and you have to wash it off to try again, it is nowhere near perfect. With the glue being everywhere and their misleading "easy install" makes this is hard to recommend although it is the only protector I've tried that sticks edge to edge with no Halo.

Best screen protector I have ever installed.
I just installed the Whitestone Dome Glass protector. I had never done it before so I have no context on how it was installed on the Pixel 2 as others notes. I found the video on youtube useful but it skipped the pad install on the sides and I found the slider to press it down worthless as it did not touch the screen. But I got PERFECT results and it is the best install process I have ever done to get a PERFECT install. Also, I waited for this and had a few micro scratches on the screen. They are fully "fixed" with this method. NICE! Watch the youtube video first. Then watch it again and put the pads on the side. Good luck! I

Ridiculous price, tedious installation, lifted edges after two days
I'm on my third and final attempt with this ridiculous screen protector. After hearing praises for this brand for other devices, I wanted the best for my Pixel 3. I screwed up my first install. Fair enough, that was my fault not understanding the insane instructions (watch multiple YouTube videos if this is your first time). I managed to my second one installed ok but less than two days later the side edges are lifting up creating a halo effect. After seeing so many others with the same problem I think it's safe to say it's not not merely user error. I requested a return and a replacement but I don't expect much difference. Its a shame because installed the feel of the glass is impeccable although the top and bottom corners don't line up perfectly with the flat surface of the screen. This was my first and last time buying this brand. Mr. Shield has a 3 pack tempered glass for $5.99 with a perfect fit. That's my choice. Edit: Third time's....just as bad. Not only did I do a perfect install, I cured it and didn't wipe any excess glue or use the phone for quite some time after the installation to avoid messing anything up. Lo and behold, 24 hours later, the left edge now has the notorious "spiderwebbing" appearing. Avoid this thing.

Perfect fit and so crisp!
This screen protector is hands down the best screen protector you can get for the Pixel 3. It reaches the edges just enough to allow for a case. The tools that are given in the box help you perfectly place the screen protector. I recommend watching the official installation video rather than follow the written directions. The link to the official video is in the instructions that come in the box. Don't make he mistake of buying other screen protectors that don't use the liquid adhesive method. Those protectors often don't reach the edges, so you;re left with an awkward gap, or they reach too close to the edge without curving, and you're left with a halo effect (peeling at edges). I love this protector. The way it turned out makes me feel like a pro.

You won't find a better one
Easily the best screen protector out there for the pixel 3. I had tried using other glass screen protectors but they always lift at the edges and don't cover the screen fully. This one covers it all and no lifting even when using it with my spigen and Google fabric case. The installation process is a bit of a pain, so would recommend watching the installation video before hand. I would also recommend curing the screen for longer than the instructions say, just to be sure of a good fit. Tl/Dr best screen protector out there, with a great feel and fit for the pixel 3 Update: After a few months of use my protector shows no sign of peeling of, and I've had no issues with case compatability. Definitely the best pixel 3 screen protector I've used

UV-light was crap
UV-light stop working during process or working very dim. Glue was total mess. Didnt spread first at bottom at all. Needed to use spare glue. Spiderweb started to appear after couple of weeks.
