Easy to Apply
Easy to apply. Smell is not too strong and doesn't smell bad. Dried enough to walk across in about 4.5 hours. Looks good. Appears to seal well

Rich professional look.
Removed my carpet and applied the kemiko acid stain. Very happy with how it turned out. I had to repeat the application twice before I got the desired look I wanted. I will definitely be using this stain again.

Inconsistent batch numbers, some are bad.
One bottle was from a different batch and was totally bad, it congealed immediately and didn’t seal.

Works but not durable
Not as sturdy as i would like, scratches easily, but pretty and goes a long way. Goes on with a roller.

Great Sealer!
We have a house made with brick and mortar. I have used several other products that did very little. This is by far the best sealer I have ever used! The walls actually have a bit of a shine to them. Works great!
