Not a fan
Okay so I rec'd this eyebrow pen during a deep freeze in NC so maybe the ink was frozen during shipping, but I've never been able to get this thing to work. Comes out of the gate sparingly at best. Also not the 'sweeping' hair-like look the ads say. I still have eyebrows, so the ink never quite reaches my skin because it hits the hair first - I don't know if I'm explaining very well! Wanted to use this to fill in some gaps but I'm going to stick with my pencil.

Odd Color and no return or exchanges allowed
The description says this product is eligible for return in most cases. However when you click on return it says the item is not eligible for return. I ordered the light brown. The color is an odd rust color like would be great for a redhead. I like the way the pen works and would like to exchange for an ash tone color. so I'm out of luck because I will not purchase it again and take a chance that the color isn't right.
