Helping our 4 legged child
Seems to work good we use this on our 13 year old boxer that has spondolyis in her spine it seems to keep inflammation down and her moving pretty good and 5 treatments at vet cost as much as this device

Update: Malfunctioning unit replaced!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Update: I have been sent a replacement unit and it seems to be functioning perfectly. Thanks for the replacement.Disappointed. Laser has desired effect on body, but buttons don't work properly. Hand unit looks nice and feels nice, but intensity moves around beeping while using, and timer and power buttons only work sometimes.

UPDATE: Received replacement unit, and it appears to be working well. Great Customer email response. Nice that it's portable. We will update here with results from both human & service dogs.

As advertised
Seems to be working as advertised. Slower to work on our dog, 5 treatments and no effect yet. Works well on my knee pain.
