Runs small, came with defect
It is a cute dress but there is a major flaw in one of the hemlines and it is super small for the size. I will be returning for an exchange in a bigger size and hope that the trade is worth the time.

Would order a size up. Although it fit “ok” on my average sized 18 month I would order bigger to fit longer. I do love the print and really good material.
