Installed it correctly
The only problem I had with this item was that there was no set of instructions in the box. I was able to figure it out on my own, but only accidentally realized there was a "release" button on the back to release the phone from it's grip. After I bought the second one, I found instructions in that box and was able to see that I had installed it correctly.

I bought like five different types of either magnetic or stick on the dash or suction cup on the window but this one is the best one because it's so versatile and it has a support right up by the phone which really helps with the vibrations of Road and off-road tires of the truck.

Very good fit for my Chevy Silverado, once I got a product that worked.
There were several buyer feedbacks on this product stating that there was a defect and that it did not stick to the windshield, but that the seller did send a replacement. This was my experience as well.

This one holds to the windshield so far
This one holds to the windshield so far, with no issues. I put it on in 20 degree weather and the temperature has varied from 10 degrees to 55 degrees, with no issues of it falling off the windshield.

I do like the Center release
I do like the Center release at the bottom and it really is Handy the way you can put your hand at the bottom and use your thumb real quick when you're stop not when I'm driving.

Very high quality mount
Over the past 10 years or so, I've tried several of these mounts in my vehicles. This is the first one that's actually worked like it should!!
