Item arrived as scheduled. Really impressed with this purchase. The folder itself was nicely packaged and comes in a type of gift box as standard. Visually it looks just the part and appears to be very well made. Hopefully it stands the test of time!Only used the folio a few times and the zip pull around the folder has failed with it becoming detached at some inknown point. I noticed that the metal pull part was not fully tight and the circular pull had become detached previously and so was cautious when opening & shutting. Would be great if a replacement could be sent in the post with instructions on how best avoid this going forwards otherwise the item does not stand the test of time, far from it.

This is a handsome portfolio and appears to be well-made. But the inside pocket is too small to take anything more than two sheets of A4, and will not accept any A4 sheets if you have them inside a folder or clear plastic file sleeve.The outer pocket will take plenty of A4 sheets, but only if you tuck the edge of the paper under the zip, which images the edges of the paper. Again, if you slip your A4 sheets into a clear plastic sleeve of certificate holder, they extend past the zip and the portfolio cannot be closed.If you have any North American business and have to also use US Letter paperwork, then those size sheets will not fit at all - being too wide allow the portfolio to be zipped up.It is strange that the designer did not think these simple issues out, or test the finished product in a real life situation. An extra centimetre on each side would have made all the difference between a superb product and disappointing one.

Haven’t used it on a daily basis yet (new job starts in Sept) but it is gorgeous. Well made and high quality

Made a perfect gift for a university student.... I was very surprised there wasn't a pad a paper included though!

I got one of these after my cat trashed my old fake leather one I had for work. I tried a couple more fake leather ones which were too small for my A4 pad and a couple of pens (which the cat also got her claws into). In the end I went for this one. It's not cheap by any stretch but in this case you do get what you pay for. The quality of it is fantastic and it's a beautiful object. It's a great size for what I want and crucially accommodates side bound books.Highly recommended. I just have to not leave it lying around at home in case it turns into another cat scratcher...

This is a beautiful piece of leatherwork. I’m so pleased I chose the brown leather, I think that on the black version the lovely stitching wouldn’t be so evident. The folio comes in a stylish box with a seal of authenticity and care instructions which is a nice touch. The zip works better when the folder is full, it got a little flattened in the box. I bought this as a gift (yet to be given).

It was beautifully presented (although a corner of my presentation box was slightly damaged) the folio smells wonderful and holds my choice of A4 pad well. It holds a MacBook Air 2021 if I want too. The pad can be inserted two ways (side or top) a wholly elegant way to keep my things together. I hope the zip lasts. It feels like it will.
