Received a faulty product and there is no option to retun or exchange3000 watt power but runs like 30 watt.

Duplicate Chines product ...it claims 3000 w I think it's even not 300 w.....even in summer it's not giving hot air ....waist of money...Amazon should do something 4 this ....even when I want to return it shows no return 😔
