Arrived on time but would not connect

For the price, I was not impressed with the overall feel of the controller. The print was not as smooth as I might have expected for such a fee. But we went with it. However, after a few minutes, we learned our controller would not connect to any PlayStation systems in the house. After trying three different units at my house, looking up Sony reboot procedures for the controller and trouble shooting the console, it was determined that the controller was bad. We brought it to a local video game center than repairs and resells hardware and they found the same issues. Product was returned successfully.

Love this controller! Especially for Forte nite players who love the game!

My son absolutely loves this controller. He got it for Christmas and he loves fortenite so it was a perfect gift! Works perfect!
